I want to partially return a Shein order due to incorrect sizing. Although they provide details, there is no phone reference for the warehouse, and I can't dispatch the collect.
This seems like a poor way to avoid returns.
I will pay for the return, as is their policy, but I feel unsatisfied as the provided information and service level is below expectations. I will reconsider next time when ordering and definitely not order shoes again!

I received an especially escada perfume which was damaged and the box was even very wet and smelling perfume. The perfume costed me 250 zloty which is very expensive. Fragile products are a problem.

Buna,am făcut o comanda la shein și scrie ca în 5-10 zile lucrătoare ajunge dar a trecut 12 zile și comanda mea e tot in Polonia ce se întâmpla?nu mise pare ceva normal nu ma interesează pe mine problemele voastre eu vreau s a-mi ajungă comanda plătită!!!
